After lots of technical system checking, the shop finally identified my problem with some 2nd gear starts and locking in second gear @ up to 2400 RPM's and up to 3000 RPM's in 4X4 low range.

They pulled the trans and found that a leaking gasket around 2nd gear band that had burned the band right out! They completely rebuilt my custom trans again. I should have my beauty back Monday and I am waiting in anticipation.[sm=burnout.gif]
