radio removal- 2001 durango
Take the trim off that surrounds the radio. You just take a screwdriver and pry it up then pull it out gently. I believe there are 2 screws to remove that hold the radio in but I haven't actually removed the unit. Should be fairly straightforward from there though. You have the stock radio with a tape and cd player right?
I have the wood trim too it does come off it is plastic. I have had to pull mine off a couple times already. Just start from the bottom right hand corner and move a few inches left if you can't get under it. You might be trying in a spot that has the clips so it's tighter. Anybody that has an 01-03 that can help this guy?
