Default Vibration and humming?

2000 drango 5.9 R/T

When I am going up a hill on a turn and accelerate it seems my front end is shuddering or almost feels like hopping? I was changin my oil yesterday and I noticed that my sway bar is about a 3/4 of an inch over on one side and only like a quarter of an inch. Could that be the problem and should I maybe get new bushings and "reset" the bar so its even?

And also I will be driving and when I go about 30 with lower rpms I accelerate slow just to maintain my 30 mph and its almost like a rough noise a rough acceleration, Could it be my exaust system or somthing to do with the motor?

If anyone has some ideas let me know!
Thanks

Replace the bushings. Also you might have a wheel bearing or a U-Joint going out.[&:]
