Shock Absorber Replacement How to?
Im looking at changing my shock absorbers this coming weekend but still trying to save some $$$. I found a deal on some Pro Comp ES 3000s... anyone have these installed. How do they ride? Any other recommendations on shocks for a 2000 Durango 2WD?
Lastly, is the installation of new shocks easy or is it better for a shop to do it.
For those of you that have changed them yourselves... can you give me some pointers.
Thanks.

it's real easy. with you having a 2X4 why don't you go with a monroe shock or something just for street? they run $30 a piece from auto zone? I've heard good things about bilsteins and rancho's too. Any shock over stock is better. the factory ones are straight crap. good luck
50% daily work truck. The other 50% at the lakes or hill country with somewhat loose gravel road. No major offroad like I used to in my JEEP Wrangler. I currently have BFG All Terrain TA's 31's.
So you say sensatrack? Ill check them out this weekend.
Im pretty much trying to get the Dango situated for the wife and family in my absence when I leave to SE Asia/Iraq this August. So maintenance is my mission on this Dango that way Im not worried about them encountering problems in the future.

i'd have to say $$$$$$ choice is yours. I've talked with the guys at auto zone and I recall them telling me for street use go with the sensatracks. I guess it breaks down to choice

ok after doing a little reading the sensatracks are about comfort and the reflex's are about stability
