Default Steering wobble around corners

I've got a 2000 thats just kicked over 100k miles. I had the ball joints replaced after the recall and I have new suspension and tires as of about 80k.

I've noticed a problem that has gradually gotten worse over the last 10k miles or so. While cornering if I run over a bump or pot hole the entire durango will wobble like I'm going to lose control. It does a sort of left/right motion from front to back when this happens and is really noticable at lower speads around my neighborhood at 30 mph. My buddy said he thinks the elastomer bushings in the sway bar and steering setup are getting worn out, but he's a corvette guy and thats what his problem was, so no durango experience.

Anyone else had a problem like this as their Durange began to turn over the higher mileage? I'd expect a set of new bushings would be cheap to get but can I put them in myself or do I need to get maybe a full swaybar kit?

I'm going to have to fix the problem soon as the car feels worse around corners by the day but hate to take it in and try to explain a driving issue I have with possibly worn out parts. The shops never seem to be able to diagnose anything like that.

Just do it yourself and replace the sway arm bushings. Neoprene are the best.
