Default Damaged Head Light Assembly Need Replacement

My 1999 Durango was in a very minor accident, Thank god for steel bumpers, the rear bumper of a new MAZDA TRIBUTE did not fair as well. But I need to replace what looks like the complete head light assembly on the driver’s side. The present assembly is still intact but the direction of the beam now has me searching for airplanes.

1. So my question is are the mounting nuts located and how do get to them to remove them to remove the assembly to replace it?
2. Has anybody one bought the headlight that they are selling on EBAY are they worth the price for them or should I just stick with the factory assembly.

You can replace the head light assembly by pulling out the small screw mid to lower outside portion and then the bottom turn light assembly slides strait out toward you. After that you can see the mounting parts of the rest of the assembly. Buying a new assembly on eBay is usually better then going to the dealership.
