Hello all, I'm searching for some hints for my sister-in-law's Durango.

Her power windows won't work nor the locks (the key fob does work to lock & unlock).
The windows won't work from any door.

I changed the fuse in the fuse panel (the big 25A silver one) and nothing.

Is there a relay or something I should look for? Is this a common problem?

Oh, she has no owners manual, so I don't know where those relays would even be.

Did they both go out together or separately?

 

No clue, however, the passenger door lock will LOCK the doors, but not unlock them...

I there a relay somewhere that controls both?
