I have an 03 Durango that's having some windshield wiper issues. When they are set to intermittent, they will stop in their travel for a few seconds and start moving again. Also, when I turn them off, sometimes they stay up. They seem to work fine in low and high though. There's a recall for the wiper motor that I'm hoping will solve this problem. If that's not it, I'm leaning towards the wiper switch. Does anyone have any thoughts on this matter or any suggestions. Thanks y'all.
