Default Metal in the Fuel System?

Hi ~

I've been having some problems with the fuel system on my '00 R/T. I replaced the TPS and the IAC and that's helped, but it still has a rough start (like it's flooded). I had a tuneup and took it to the dealership ("there's nothing wrong m'aam") and still no luck. It gets the worst gas mileage of anyting ever that I've owned.

So - yesterday we took the injectors off and tried to clean them out a bit. When we took the fuel logs off and drained the fuel, there was chunks in it. Upon closer inspection with a magnet, looks like we have metal in the fuel system somewhere.

Any ideas where this might be coming from, or what to replace next? We are thinking for sure fuel filter, maybe the pump and the fuel logs? Thanks!
