Default changed rear end, still grinding

Please help us, if you can. We just changed the rear end in our 2000 Dodge Durango. Everything fit just fine, gears are the same, etc. Problem is, there is still a grinding noise and no one can figure out why. We added the fluid and the limited slip additive. Like I said, it was just changed today and it is still grinding. Any ideas?

thanks

Did you guy's check out the rear axel bearings? Not quite sure if there is an internal bearing before the axel shaft enters the diff or not. But I know there is rear bearings on the axel shaft as it comes out of the hub.
