If you can get the door panel off (which I imagine will be extremely difficult due to with not being able to open the door) you will be able to pull the door lock open by accessing it within the door itself. I wish you the best of luck.

 

Failure of the door latch in these models is not uncommon. The problem is getting the door panel off and having access to the the door latch. You can use a screw driver and unlock the mechanism once you have access to it. I've had two of them fail. Not fun. I have left a couple of screws out of the panels incase their is another failure. The part is readily available at your local dodge dealer. Good luck.
