I haven't but pretty much any intake that has smoother curves and a cone will do better than stock...

 

Yes, there is a factory HO intake as well as a set of HO factory camshafts for the 4.7.
If you research it, I believe you will find that it is quite an involved mod, for not very much of a gain.

There are a few folks who have done it, but after looking into it I do not feel it is a cost effective mod unless you just want to spend money.

Installing a CAI with a hi-flow filter will show gains. Period.
