Default Heater Problems

I have been reading all the posts from virused and they were awesome...i never thought i could flush a heater core...but i did...junk came out and i still have kinda luke warm heat....i replaced the thermostat last night and JUST got done with the flush...i drove around for a bit and got it to temp and still luke warm heat....any ideas?

The more I read about this the moreI thinkthat going and renting a pressure washer to hook up to the heater core to flush it isn't such a bad idea. How long did you flush for?

Don't forget to drain and flush the whole system. It makes a world of difference. If you just flush the heater core all the sediment and crap in the rest of the cooling system is going to flow right back into the heater core.
