Not working. Changed all three bulbs, still not working. Anyone have similar problem or a wiring diagram of this circut??

Welp.... I found the problem. On the 2003 the High mount brake light flashes when engaged. There is a small rectangular black device right there by the bulb sockets. I checked the circuit for power and found that this device was not passing voltage to the bulbs. I imagine it is the flasher circuitry inside... anyway, a simple fix is to just eliminate it from the circuit and all will be fine. You wont have to cut any wires, simply bypass this device ... the connectors will allow this without any modifications..
