Default 97 just one low beam works

when I switch to low beams only one works. Replaced the headlight (not because of this problem) and it still doesn't work. Hi beams ok on both sides. I don't want to replace the turn signal stem module unless I know it will solve the problem. Thanks.

Do you own and know how to use a multimeter?

No to both questions, I'm a pretty quick study though. I've got a couple of other electrical issues--one back window will only roll up from the drivers switch and the other back window doesn'trespond to the drivers switch!

It is essential you know how to use one if you want to trouble shoot rather than guess. You will also need a schematic (you can buy a Chiltons at an auto parts store, it has the basics for a newbie). Unfortunatly, you will need to have someone show you the ropes in person, not via a fourm.
