fast idle 3.5 1995

95 intrepid idle 2500 and then at 2000 way to fast? new egr,intake gasket,and idle air control valve and still fast autozone told me to put the parts on but no go need help

vac leak either intake gasket, or vac lines. Use carb cleaner to find the leak spray around the areaif the rpm changes then u found it

used a can of carb cleaner no go but i did not add that as it warms up the rmps get higher ?

you could also have a bad tps. trotle position sensor

Besure the egr gasket bolts are tight. I have had vaccum leaks from the gaskets , unless you had the high idle before? Then the intake gasket maybe leaking.

i hade it before the egr thay are tight now i get code 25 and i changed to iac and intakewas done ??
