Thanks for the reply kurts2, would you or anyone els have any sugjestions as to fixing this problem. I have considered replacing the O2 sensors. Not shure if doing this will fix both problems.

Would anyone know if replacing the oxygen sensors first would be the best rather thanreplacing theegr valve first. I am trying to get rid of the check engine light and i have pulled the codes P0401"EGR Flow Insufficient" and P0420 "Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)"
