Well the wire from the tcm and ecu has some cut wires, I was wondering were I can get a replacement, or what that wire is called so I can go looking around for a new wire.

You have a few choices. You can splice them back together with a few wire connectors. You can also go to a junk yard and take the wires from a car with the same engine and interior as yours. You can also go to the internet or dealer to purchase the wire harness you need. There is nothing wrong with putting the wires back together if you do a good job. Just take care to disconnect the battery when you do it. This will keep you from blowing fuses when you accidentally touch another wire or ground. When you finish, check the fuses, there may be some blown from when the wires first got cut.
