Default Remote entry fob programming

I drive a 1994 Intrepid ES. I lost my remote entry fob. I plan to buy a new one. Can I program it my self?
Here are the instructions the seller sent. I need to know if this will work before I buy.

1994-1995 DODGE INTREPID
A max of 2 remotes can be programmed. Any existing remotes not use during programming will become inoperative.
1994 ? 1995
1. remove center fascia air vent, with traction control switch if fitted.
2. disconnect traction control switch multi-plug (black)
3. note- without traction control, the multi-plug is attached to a dummy socket in the back of the air vent housing
4. Turn ignition ON.
5. Jump traction control switch harness multi-plug terminal 4 and ground.
6. Ensure doors LOCK and unlock, indicating you are in programming mode.
7. PUSH any button for of each remote to be programmed.
8. Ensure doors lock and unlock after each remote operation, programming complete.
