Default 1997 dodge intrepid no ignition power

ok heres the thing i replaced the heater core in my car i got everything back together aparently there used to be an alarm on the car i dont know if thats my problem but i have no power coming from my ignition i put a test light on the wires and they are hot but when i turn the ignition nothing any one have any idea what i should do

Park neutral switch maybe?

Or you could check the starter relay in the PCD?

Not sure if there's a left over starter disable or something from the alarm.

Did you disconnect the battery?

Can try this
disconnect the battery again, insert the key in the driver side door. Reconnect the battery and cycle the door lock with the key.
