Exclamation Transmission Problem, Please Help

My car has went into limp in mode. When I first start driving it goes like this: 1 to 2, 2 to 3 for .11111 millia second and they it acts like its in neutural. I let the rpms die down and 2nd gear kicks back in. When it tries to go to 3rd gear I hear a screech and then it goes away. What is my problem? I transmission shop took the pan off and said there were brash shavings and the pressure was to high on clutch 3 but i don't think so because it has only 105,xxx miles. So whats my problem? Or whats tips to diagonse my problem?

There are no codes. I can't find the OBD I port and I don't have an OBD I reader. I used the key trick and there are none.

There is a blue body connector under the dash. You need either a DRB2 or DRB3 with a supercard. I would say you have a gear ratio error in 3rd and fault after shift codes. meanning something broke inside the trans.
