Come to find out, the water pump locked up, causing the timing belt to get so hot that it broke. He replaced the timing belt, water pump and plugs. They did a compression check on all cylinders to make sure that nothing got screwed up and all is good and car is back on the road.
Glad ya got it going. strange you did not hear any noise when the belt went though. usually you get some valve slap or some type of noise.
