Default Noisy rear strut mounts

The rear strut mounts in my 1997 Intrepid ar rattling. How do I get access to these mounts. It looks like I may have to remove that deck cover behind the rear seat, but how?

through the trunk. We replaced all suspension parts on my 97 intrepid. Then 18 months later, I was driving along a bumpy road and I heard a bang. then the car started to handle poorly. Luckily I was very close to home. The left rear tire was sitting at an angle. The mount had broke, that is turn snapped the top of the strut. the strut was wedged in at an angle. Odd, but we replaced it and thought nothing of it. About two months later, I heard a squeeking noise from the back of my car-nout unusual with an old car. What clued me in as to what was up was my moving back deck. I stopped the car and looked, expecting to see another broken strut and or mount. but sitting on the side of the highway, the suspension looked fine. I stopped about ten miles later and checked again. I had to look closely-the mount broke and the strut pushed up through it into the trunk. That is the only reason I was able to drive it more than 30 miles to get home. I don't know why this happened though. just kind of odd.
