BCM or PCM???
ebay is where i find a lot of my manuals i reccommend u get an atsg manual for trans rebuild front end work like what? pritty much just take out parts and put new parts in. balljoints and tierods are super easy. i had to do one for my susp class at tech school
First off let me say...Thank you very much!!! I have had some helpful insights but you seem to understand the issue I am having a lil better.
Now as far as the fuses, my daughters father is a mechanic and he checked ALL of the fuses and even have a voltage meter (hell, I think that is what it is called) to see if that was the issue. All of the fuses were in place, and were all new(er) (I have only owned the car since February).
I have a family friend who has been working on cars for 40 years and he said "sensor" or "module" is the issue.
I will make sure that we have the correct BCM. Also can you elaborate on "One has only 2 plugs on it (BASE) and one has 3 (VTSS and OTIS)."
AND AGAIN...............THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

Now if you accidently get an BCM that has all 3 cavity full of pins, there is a way to disable the VTSS so that your car will continue to start since the VTSS can write a code to the PCM and render it completely dead and you would have to replace that...
Here are some pics:
Dodge Intrepid without OTIS or VTSS - Only 2 plugs are on it (3rd cavity is empty)

Dodge Intrepid with OTIS or VTSS (Has 3 plugs on it)
It is basically the same as what you get off e-bay, except it is PDF (Adobe Reader) format for the computer.

I need my car fixed. >.< Is there anyone that can help me??? My windows won't roll up or down, and my air conditioning won't work. I replaced the BCM and everything that is run off the BCM still won't work. I need someone to tell me how to hot-wire my windows to the battery or alternator.

This is a common problem with the ignition switch. There are several sets of contacts in the switch itself. As the switch gets older it tends to have this problem. What I did for mine was test off the switch leads to determin which contacts were no longer functioning. I then used a heavy duty automotive relay powered by the working contacts. The windows, heat/ac control panel, etc, work from the same group of contacts. The ignition switch itself is not all that expensive part wise, but may cost you somewhat in labor.
