Default 1996 3.3L Crank Pulley Removal Leaking Oil

Hey guys, I hear you need a special puller to take the front crank pulley off a 96 3.3L because there is no holes to thread bolts in? My gf's intrepid is a 96 3.3L obviously with 130,000KM on it (about 81250 Miles). There is a lot of oil under the car, all over the pan etc. It looses about 1 litre of oil per 5000km oil change, there is oil around the crank seal, so I will start by changing it. Any pointers? and do I need the special pulley? Looks like the rad has to come out, no big deal. Thanks in advance.

Also get yourself a 3" long x 1" wide piece of pipe to help push the new seal in place. Just as a precaution, use a washer between them so you don't damage the new seal with the pipe.
