I just got a 95 intrepid with 98,500 miles on it and there is a weird clonking or whatever when i drive it. The brakes are terrible and need replacing asap so im guessing its from those because it doesnt matter which way i turn the wheel it just randomly makes that noise. Also the cigarette lighter socket must be blown because it does not work so i was just wondering if there was a way i could get in that and fix it? thank you
