Exclamation 1995 Intrepid 3.3L Code 21 O2 Problem

My check engine light keeps coming on. I have ran the codes and I'm getting code 21. I have replaced the O2 sensor on the driver side and the problem went away for about a week or two. Now the code is back and I'm at a lost. Is there a wiring issue with these cars when it comes to the O2 sensors?

O2 sensor stays center (21). Check the connector, make sure the lock on the connector is locked into place. Or ck for any bent pins. Last thing to ck is the rack n pinion, make sure the wire harness is not hitting the inner tie rod. This was a recall back on the early LH body cars.

I'll check. I didn't have this problem until I replaced the transmission. Ever since I replaced the transmission I get the check engine light for code 21. What else could I check? I found some stuff online about dodge saying there customers may have to cut and splice wires from the PCM to the O2 sensors. Ever heard of this?
