I have had the car in for service a few times and they can't seem to locate the problem. Since the car is 13 years old I do not want to spend a lot of money fixing it.

I've been told to take it to a transmission specialist to get the problem better diagnosed. I took it to AAMCO and they wanted $900 for labor plus parts which I thought was expensive considering they couldn't tell me what they were actually going to do.

The car also periodically reports P0300, P0301, P0303, P0305 codes which I suspect are probably ignition related. I plan to replace the plugs, wires, and maybe the ignition coil if necessary to fix. Not sure if these codes could be related to the TCC codes.

Has anyone seen this and have some ideas about fixing them.
