I recently purchased a 1995 Dodge Intrepid 3.3L for my son's 1st car after having it for about a week started having problems. The first time we drove across town (5 miles) ate dinner came out and none of the gauges (tach, speedometer, cold/hot) were working and the idle was rough but it made it home okay, shut car off and started up and gauges worked fine and idled fine. A couple of days later same thing happened, drove across town fine stopped to shop came back out and gauges not working, idled rough then started smoking while driving home and running really rough. Any ideas would be appreciated, sounds like some flakey electrical problem???
