I have a 93 (3.5 automatic) with an instrument cluster problem. While driving, the air bag light comes on and the cluster dies. No speedometer, no tach, no gauges. Was intermittent, no more off than on. Replaced the instrument cluster and ECM with used, but tested, parts. That made no difference. Wiggled wires and have nothing loose. Any suggestions or ideas?

It turned out to be the OTIS (overhead traffic information system, I think). Disconnected that and everything started working again! Wonderful!
