its weird its most noticable if u have ur hand on the trottlebody and slowly move it, feels like a bad bearing or rod know, also if i put the car into reverse it makes a slight klunk noise and the engine sounds weird like the bearing thing, doesnt clunk going into drive but kinda shakes in drive till i take off, motor has 124k on it the tranny is said to been rebuilt last 6 months. i got this car yesterday, i work on cars but dont know jack about dodge or mitsubishis for that matter but i know alota dodge cars dont have real dodge motors,lol, anyone have a idea whats up with my car?any info is appreciated, love the way the car drives, it shyts and gitts!! i was surprised, kinda snappy, but the motor worries me

 

ok now i dont know for sure but it seems like its the tranny, and the bastard is leaking too, but levels are ok, it makes a clunk going into reverse and it makes noise in gear that it doesnt make as loud in park or N so i dunno, the previuos owners claim it was rebuilt 6 months ago, im not buying it, my old chevy beretta made the same noises in gear, and i never figured out why but it toasted its first tranny and i replaced it but kept the same torque convertor, so i wonder if this is a torque convertor noise since its always spining no matter if ur in gear or not, and the car makes the noise outa gear sometimes just not as loud! i need some advice here guys i dont have an idea exactly, and engine and tranny noise can sound the same sometimes
