Removing the fuel pump fusewill reset the PCM but I haven't heard anything about it damaging the PCM? Another solution would be to pull the ASD relay, fuel pump relay or the starter relay.

He's a bitch and doesn't want us to park our cars on his side of the street. and it was also to prevent my parents from moving it.

get a different ignition lock
then just swap them out when you park your car

yup lol. i was like "no one is going to start this thing up and move it!" so i took it out lol. then my dad asked me how did u disable it? and all i said was "i aint gonna tell u" lol. something odd happened this morning when i put the fuse back in...ok not really odd but it didn't do something that it normally does. like, when u normally take it out to reset the PCM, u start the car and it dies. it didn't do that this morning. it started...then it wanted to die (aka went down to like 300RPMs) and then just jumped up to 1200 and then back down to 900.

oh yea, its also a great anti-theft devise...who needs a car alarm? lol.

Correct me if I am wrong, but since your dad has the keys to get into it couldnt he just put it in neutral and push it wherever he wants it moved?

yes, but NOT to the spot where the guy wants us to park it. aka its on a hill and on the oppisite side (the guy that we are staying with told us that he doesn't want us to park on the same side of the street as the house because i forgot to move the car when i was emotionally unstable to do anything...but we are only here till Sunday then we finally get to move out) so it will just roll back and back and back and back. not foward...unless u get enough guys to push it forward.
