I was going to help my brother do a timing belt on his 96 neon. But the procedure in AllData ends with having to do a crank/cam relearn with the DRB.

Would the vehicle not start after doing the belt if not re-learned? Or will it start and run like ****?

If the timing marks are lined up correctly, then it will run fine.
