yes, whenever you change your oil you should change your oil filter too. Just my thoughts. But I say if you are going to run seafoam through your oil then change the filter as there might be some seafoam in there after you run the car for a while.

 

^^^He said fuel filter, not oil filter. No you do not need to change your fuel filter after running the seafoam through it.
