wow i went through this whole post and well its one amazing rebuild. So glad to see someone interested in keeping another srt-4 around since they were only made for a couple years. The only question i have is why the heel didnt u keep the srt-4 viper seats the regular neons seats look so gay but hey if thats what u wanted then ok but just wandering y. Awsome job cant wait to see some videos of u running that bad *** srt-4. Have Fun!!!!!

NO I have to try to get them from all the junkyards, and by the way my car didnt come with viper seats i wish it did, lol why the hell would i sell them.

why the hell would you need the VIn from the donor car?

 

they are trying to mak sure that the parts that i pt on my car were not stolen,
damn das i wish you would have shown me that site sooner i probly could have saved a lot of time/money on parts. Thats a good site.

Sorry, but I just found out about it last week. A buddy of mine bought a wrecked SRT and is planning an engine swap into his 01.

 

because they will run the vin numbers from the parts that i give them and if those parts come up to a car that was reported stolen than i would be in big trouble, it basically cuts down on chop shops who steal cars and then sell off the parts.

Bought a 98 highline with a bad motor for my daughter.Taking my 14 y/o son to pullapart tomorrow to help remove the donor engine.He is getting car crazy already swapping an engine will be good practice for his new interest.
