are both front brakes acting like this? and does it eventualy release if you let it sit awhile?

check for a bubble in any of you rubber lines.

No both arent acting up just the RF. And no once its stuck its stuck justeventuallywears down the pads. I guess I'll try replacing the brake line to the side in question and see what that does, start with the cheapest I guess. Thanks for the info and if you any more I will greatly appreciate it.

Replaced the rubber brake hose(didnt look collapsed)and also the very end of the steel line cause I couldnt get it to seat. Had to cut a section off and use a compression fitting to splice a new end in (would have been nice to have a flaring tool). All seems to be working well so far. Only time will tell but I think its fixed for now. Thanks for all the advice, it helped alot.
