Default oil in coolant/head gasket question.

ok well i went to see a Neon and the coolant diff. has chocolete milk in it. even a little over filled. but the car started right up, no smoke at all. idled great and sounded great. but how would oil be getting into the coolant? the motor oil looks fine. but the coolant doesn't and as i said it doesn't smoke. so could it be a head gasket or something else?

If there is oil in the coolant it’s probably either a head gasket or a cracked head.

Was it thicker than coolant? It could be rusty water....bad radiator.
