there is another post just like this!
but i'll post in this one just for you

usually people start out with the cheap stuff
since you have an automatic if you want speed then swap in a manual transmission
your throttle body is 52mm and the manual ones are 49mm (if i'm wrong sorry..hahaha)

but while you're doing that you can get a cold air intake
don't go with those AEM intakes that place the filter over the header because it's just sucking up hot air
you can make a cold air intake (just go to the search box and type in "3.0 cai")
to make it it's about $50 at the most
while the ice man/mopar cold air intake from summit racing is $300

if you have a single over head cam then you should get a different muffler
the exhaust piping is arleady 2 1/4 so just look for either a dual over head cam or an aftermarket muffler
you can also go ahead and get another exhaust header (best for SOHC are the pacesetter headers)
if you have a DOHC and you have to pass smog just get a mid-length header so you can keep the cat

other than that people have talking about getting different motor mounts to help

and if you want a lower/stiffer ride it's best to get the KYB GR2 struts with either Mopar high rate springs (if you can find them) or Skunk 2s
Skunk 2 makes adjustable springs but they are obviously more expensive

also another cheaper mod is an underdrive pulley
if you dont know what it is it's a smaller and lighter crank pulley that helps the car rev faster

you can also get a Mopar ECU which is an easy upgrade
just plug it in and you get 8-11 wheel horsepower

sorry if i missed some

you can find most if not all of these parts at www.modernperformance.com

You should save all yourmoney and continue to read and ask plenty of questions for a few more months. Find out what works and what dosen't then decide what direction you and you car wants to go.
