also I was wanting to find out there is a couple of neons running around town they have it looks like a danm hood scoop on the roof of the car are they supost to do anything or is it for looks

the car has some valve train noise when its at an idal or when you first take off I asked the dealer about it he said it was normal but is there anyway to stop it it drives me nuts I want to replace thehead and cam but I havent found anything but stock is that all thats avlable for this car

what rims do you think would look best on a black 4 door it may not be black long it depends if I like it after it done if I keep it its going to be tangallow orange with med gold flaking both are going to be eather 15" or 16"

about the intake... if you cut the corner and some of the front of the battery tray, you should be bale to get it don there. that is, if you have the dual fans. the single fan should just go right thru there i believe.... not sure i have 2 fans. but its not that difficult to cut the battery tray.

you have to cut it for the single fan


atleast i did and every single fan that i've seen has done it
except for the ones who got the iceman battery tray

the hood scoop is just for looks but i think you can make it usefull if you cut a hole in the roof if you have no ac that would be cool........but it would still make you look likea ricer why becauseno ricer has cut the roof to make itwork right

ahh yeah i wasnt sure about the single fan, cuz both neons i have/had(ones totalled) had the dual fans so yeah. either way, its still really not that hard to do.

They work with the manifold spacer as well. Don't know about by itself though.

waht kind of ride do you get out of coil over s and lowering springs as compared to sensatrac quick struts I like the lower look but I drive over 120 miles a day I like a good ride and the way gas is right now I'll be driving the neon a lot more witch asof right now I think it rides like **** but I'm used to driving my lincoln
