Default Is this a good price?

Sorry for not being on in awhile, alot has changed. I sold my 96 neon sohc 5spd for 500 and used that as a down payment for a 95 mustang v6 auto. Anyways, i'm selling my mustang on ebay this week most likely(mainly because i'm going to college soon and it SUCKS on gas) and i want to buy my friend's neon. It is a 1997(or 98) SOHC 5spd 2 door. Has 100,000 miles on it. NO PROBLEMS with running gear, and the clutch was replaced about 10-20k miles ago. New aftermarket headlights/tail lights, 16 or 17in rims with tires(all with about 5k miles on it) crazy high ugly spoiler(imo) anda borla muffler. No history of accidents or anything major with problems. Oil change every 3k miles with syntec. blend. Car was not to anyone knowledge beaten at all. The cons are it has a body kit, but the bumpers need to be replaced, and one side skirt. It is lowered(i like lowered cars, but not with a kit). It was hit about 2-3 weeks ago that did about 200 in damage(but my friend can fix for about 75-100). He wants 2k for it. KBB value for good is 1660 so take off 200 in damages it would be 1460. Newer rims and tires with extra rim would be about 500. So i figured 1800-2000 would be a fair price to ask. Any opions? i know neons are a dime a dozen but i want a neon with a kit and everything. I wouldn't need to get the head/tail lights so that saves me, good muffler on it already(sounds great, kinda deep). So it is saving me money. Plus i can sell the spoiler(post a pic. later) the extra new front bumper that wasn't installed yet, and the extra rim, plus my tail lights and head lights i had on my neon( i still have if anyone would like). What do you think?

i paid 2400 for mien with minor hail damage, needed tires, and brakes. so i say, at least from my opinion, tats a good price with the rims and tires and stuff. i say give it a go.

With 100,000 miles on the clock, it will need the timing belt, water pump and idler pulley changed soon. So keep that cost in mind as well.

Well i talked to him last night and got the price down to 1800. So with selling the spoiler, new front bumper, tail light, head light, i can make about 200-300 off parts. So really i could get it for 1500-1600 which isn't to bad. Another reason for high price is it does have a custom air brush paint job. Car is blue with custom yellow race strips mixed with a tribal design along the sides and has yellow racing stripes on it.

wow, just relieve something, the neon in the background of my pic on my profile(the blue one) is the one i'm buying. Like i said, it is a friend and my dad(mechanic as a side job) looked at it before and said it was much better condition than mine. LOL, mine is at 153k miles sold to my sister's boyfriend, i still drive it once and awhile. Still kicking, i should be posting a pic in about 1-2 hours if i still have it on my computer of the car, i'm currently at skool.[:'(]

*Update* I Test drove the neon and was amazed with the feel of the clutch. Started right up, checked the fluids, checked if any fluid came out while turning the wheel, and checked the damage on it. Nothing wrong at all with it running wise, just need a new body kit and fix the damage, and could use a different spoiler to. So i'm buying it for 1800 once my mustang sells on ebay. Putting it on tomorrow afternoon after i wash and wax it, only for a duration of 5 days so i can get the neon quickly.
