I have a 1997dodge neon SOHC automatic. It recently decided not to start, I was told to change the cam position sensor. After I did that it started right up and ran for about 1 day. Then it just stalled while I was driving down the road. It wouldn't restart until I reset the computer (disconnected battery for 10 minutes). Drove about 10 feet stalled and repeated this pattern until I was able to get home. I replaced the PCM.
No change. There was oil in my cam sensor when I changed it. What to do next?

 

Check your spark plugs

 

When was the last time you had a full tune-up? Might be time...air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires.

 

Are you getting a check engine light? If so what codes?
