Ok the shaft on them are black the rubber boot on the top are yellow. You will see the Chrysler 5 star symbol and it will say made by koni eather to the side or under the 5 star sign, can't remember. Compleatly worth the 800 by the way. I lucked out. But if I dident have them and acually had 800 I would buy them. lol. Back to the springs. I also have the KYB lowering springs and I love them to death. The spring rate isent so stiff that you slam around they have some bounce to them but they provide a good launch. I have had mine in for about 15000 miles and over stock there heaven. They also lower the car to a good stance not so low that the tire well looks weird because it lowers the car to much and not to high that it doesent look like you did anything. God I need to get pics of my car. lol lazy though. I'll get some today. And throw them up. maybe even get you a pic of those shocks.

i have the acr konis on my r/t.....they are black, the yellow ones were the aftermarket konis....but my acr'shave the koni sticker on the back side of them towards the bottom......you can always tell konis because if you pop the hood and look at the top of the struts, you will see a small nipple sticking up so you can put the adjuster ***** on them...(looks kinda like the tip of a flat head screw driver)

i like my yellow ones more since they stand out.....its too bad one of the blew[:@]

Your friend's Dad is wrong. They are great on the 1st gen neon.

You could, but then your neon would sit higher. 2nd gen owners can use stock 1st gen springs to lower their car a bit.

Ahhh, I was thinking of the springs, not the strut. You are correct.
