ok my 95 dodge neon highline has been acting up lately. when im driveing the speedometer starts jumping around..It will stay at zero then jump up to the speed im driving to..and then go back down to zero. whats the problem here. i know its defintiely not a battery problem because i just got a new battery..help plz

would it help if i just got a whole gauge..one of those white ones that glow at night..cheesy, but would it fix my problem?

 

Those are just overlays and no it won't fix your problem.
