arg, ok i took everything that was connected to the head, and it still wont budge an inch. someone from the other site said if it doesn't come off tap it with a hammer. i did, and it still wont come off at all! how in the world do i get it off??

 

aye, got it off. had to lift from the exhaust manifold.

and there was a hidden hose next to the thermostate housing. and we couldn't get it off so we cut it. some how the clips ended backwards on it so we couldn't fit the plyers down on the clips so yea. if anyone can tell me what hose that was, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

what are you doing to the head?

i want to. but my 4HP cam is still in my green one that i have to drive until i get this one up and running. and i cant spend $300 on a Crane 14. so it will just have to wait till i tear my other engine apart.
