Default HID Help!!

Hey guys, i'm new too this Site but thanks for havin me I was involved in Stratusphere long time ago n i had moved on. I have a question tho I bought this 8000kHID kit for my 98 neon and i was wondering in i can use the stock head lights with outs melting them cuzi wanna order new head lights ither bran new or projectors can i use myHID's with projector head lights? plz someone help me i have asked 10 ppl i kno thy couldn't tell me so hopefuly someone can

thetheory is that if its plastic it probably will melt if its glass it won't i think it would melt the stock headlights i thinktheir plastic.

In order to get decent light outut out of projectors, you need a HID kit. SO go with the projectors since you already have the HID kit.

Is it a "neon kit" or does it matter ?

you can useplastic forlong timeon 8k but after a while they will melt i have seen some last overa year and some that have lasted a month it depends on how much you use them and make sure they are legal around your area you don't want to be fined....but be carefull because i asked a cop about hopping my 69 bonneville in the streets he said not at all...yet legaly ifoundout fromthe other cops that ican hop itunder 15mph they dolie sometimes
