on my new Neon, the driver side window is off the track. I've taken the window out and now i've come to the conclusion that i have no idea as to how to fix it lol. how do you get the window back on the tracks? it also looks like its missing a piece that goes on the back side of the window to keep it on the track.

 

That is because your rear window track slide has broke.
