well i wouldnt say its rude to use that money....hell..he could have liked cars to...but sry bout ur dad....yea and im not a fan of evos....idsay get a srt and mod it or go old school like i did...

you have to go against your own class our you'll look stupid my neon would have creamed it if it wasn'ta turbo nissanit just depends on your driving skills and im not going to any schooltootheres no point i know i cant get a high paying job so im learning auto skills
my next tuner will be a rwd so i can swing it in tight corners
that would be a nice skill to have and out here there plenty of nice drifting roads with no other cars

Sorry Spud, but I have to correct this...
03's had 215hp, and the 04-up have 230hp... Reason being is the later models came stock with "stage 1", that being the bigger injectors and updated ECM

i dont find it rude to spend the money on a car.....maybe if he died in a car acident then it would be rude, but not as a medical accident......
the dad of a kid i work with died in a speed boat accident and the kid went out and bought a 2002ish saleen mustang
the way i look at it is that if its the only way you might be able to get a real nice car, then go for it

2003's had 230hp....2004-up have 215hp
2003's didnt come with a quafie....but all 2004's did
it seems that alot of people think you need an srt4 motor to make your car really fast....but you dont, you just need to know what you need and how to do it.....im positive that my car will be able to smoke most srt4 swapped 1st gens....
i personally would buy a ram srt10 quad cab, sti,or an evo8mr...but thats just me

The turbo-Neon's engine produced 215 horsepower and 245 lb.-ft. of torque in 2003. 2004 models increased the power (The SRT-4 got a new computer for a wider torque range, revised power (230 hp / 172 kW at 5,300 rpm and 250 lb-ft), added a limited slip rear differential option, and raised the price by just $500 - keeping the SRT-4 a bargain. 2005 models added a color and made other very minor changes.

not to be rude, people die from heart attacks every day, and i dont think it'll go over very well. lawsuit happy people get nothing out of life but lots of disrespect. thats called greed.
accept your loss like the rest of evryone else and move on. dont try to ruin someone elses life because your unhappy. i think you should keep your personal information to a minuimum on this forum because you could start a war with posts like that.
sorry to vent but im sick of people who already have more money than they know what to do with filing lawsuits just because they can, and using death as a so called good reason. death is a part of life and evryone has to deal with it.
next people will be suing their parents for transfering a hereditary medical condition to them.
