Default oh no, is the head of my engine no good? (Pics)

after finally getting to my "bad cam seal" i noticed it was popped out so i thought that was my problem as far as my oil leak... but then i noticed a little green in the oil.... then noticed this!

that is the cam seal.... do i need a new head???? please help asap

hard to see but i thought i remember there being an oil return hole right behind the seal.
you can always fix a messed up spot with some JB weld. im gonna go dig the head out in my garage and look at it.

howbout get a non fuzzy pic or clean it up with brake cleaner, put silicone around the outside of the seal & put it together
make sure to lube the inside of the seal where the cam turns in it.
looks to me like someone got too excited with a screwdriver taking the old seal out....
silicone it.
