the unique factor is that the motor isnt a direct swap.......i still would rather just turbo the stock 2.0

I've thought about both the 2.4 and the SRT-4 swap, but I think I would like to keep A/C and P/S opn my daily driver.

i just dont see why people think they need a bigger motor to go faster
here i spent less then a complete srt swap on my motor and i bet iwill be ableto beat most any 1st gen with an srt4 swap up to atleast a stage 2[8D]

What are you running at the track, Spud? You take it yet?

i have a guy thats wanting to give me all the money needed to get the car going because he wants to see how it runs, but i would rather wait and do it all without anyones help....actually, the wife would rather me go that route...i would take the money in a heart beat since i wanna drive the car..
but i guess there are more important priorities in life right now and thats why the r/t is still on jack stands with a car cover on it.....
me and a few guys have estimated the hp to be somewhere in the low 300whp range when its done at 15-20 pounds of boost......so i hope its close

That's pretty impressive. I hear you on the priority aspect of things. I'm graduating from high school the 10th and am starting a new job. I'm looking for the fastest way to get this car going because I will be traveling every day and I need to know i will be able to make it from jobsite to jobsite.
