Default Paint Question

What do you think is the best thing for me to do now.

The paint is chipping off like crazy.. I dont have much money but I need to fix this some how..

Which is the cheapest way? If i just fix it up wont it just start chipping off some other place?

Would it be better to just totally re-paint the car a different colour? if this were to be the option how much approx would it cost CDN?

Thank you!

if you are doing it on a budget, i would say grab a spray can of primer and a can of what ever color your car is. Sand the chipping area(s), prime it, sand a little more, spray some color, and then a little clear coat. You shouldnt have to worry to much about it chipping any where else. It usually only chips in a few common places. As for a respray: you can get a macco paint job for around $500 us, but it only last a few years at best.

Thank you for your reply..

As for macco paint job.. I was planning on going there as my car has 250,000km on it and I can not really see it lasting much longer than a year.

If it is only going to last a year, dont bother even going to maaco. Just get 10cans of spray paint and use that. It will save you a lot of money.
